Our archival Bondage boots were first introduced in 1976, when the boutique Vivienne Westwood ran was rebranded as ‘Seditionaries: Clothes for Heroes.’ The design revives our signature anatomical-toe, complete with strap details and polished buckles, echoing the themes of restriction and control found in bondage and fetish wear.
